This Privacy Policy describes how SpiderX (“SpiderX”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use SpiderX (the “Service”) at spiderxai.com and related properties.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — your email address, optional display name and securely hashed password.
- Usage data — chats you submit, files you upload and artifacts generated by the Service.
- Billing data — payment metadata via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Operational data — server logs, IP addresses and device user-agent strings to operate the Service.
2. How we use it
- To provide and improve the Service, including model selection, content safety and fraud prevention.
- To send transactional emails (verification, billing receipts, security alerts).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Model training
By default, we do not train models on your prompts, files or outputs. Enterprise customers can choose additional retention controls and data-residency options under a Data Processing Agreement.
4. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the Service (hosting, payments, email delivery) and only as required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You may access, export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard. You may also contact us at privacy@spiderxai.com to exercise GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA rights.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Chat history is retained until you delete it or close your account. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.
