4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or via your payment provider. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with local consumer-protection law.

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, subject to our limited rights to operate the Service. SpiderX, the SpiderX wordmark and the spider logo are trademarks of SpiderX
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may be incorrect; verify before relying on them for important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, SpiderX disclaims all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
SpiderX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes via email or in-product banner.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
